Feelings and Dreams?

I'm not really sure what to call this topic. But have you ever had this really strong feeling that you were sure was from the Holy Spirit? Or sensed something that you think the Holy Spirit let you feel? Or maybe spiritually connected dreams? I'm just asking since this is somethings I've dealt with before, but it's hard to talk with some people because they give you that weird look like you're taking something too seriously. I was just wondering who else get these kinds of feelings.

Yeah. One of the most memorable times was during the praise and worship segment at Bible Time, ermm, '05 I think? It was the year where they did their own version of Holla Back Girl.

What kind of feeling was it?

Can't really describe it.. It was a pitt of the stomuch type thing though.

I've been really burdened for people before, just out of the blue, usually in the middle of the night. Mom says my heart "bleeds" for people, and I guess that's the best way to describe it. I dunno, I just feel things really keenly for people. I guess I "rejoice when they rejoice, and weep when they weep." I like that though, the Bible says we should be that way. But yes, I've felt really strong things for people.

I feel things for people I don't necessarily know. I've sensed tension and pain amongst a group of teens, I've come to tears for really no reason that concerns me. Once in a while a particular friend comes to mind, but not as often as strangers. Even in dreams, I always feel badly for people I don't know. Sometimes I'll get this spirit of torment for reasons I have to figure out (cause I'm oblivious)

I know that feeling. I get disturbing dreams too. Some nights it's hard to go to sleep.

if your like me think before you go to sleep then i don't dream if i think before bed

mine aren't disturbing like violent but just disturbing that it's about real people in real life situations that cause people emotional pain

The last dream I had was about playing a non-existent ultra-secret level on Halo 3 with Green Inferno - a.k.a Michael - and at the end of the level betraying him and knocking him off a cliff so I was the only one who got the points for beating the secret level. Besides that I hardly ever dream. Mostly I watch movies till I fall asleep. I think that impairs dreaming capibilites.
